The crankshaft position sensor monitors the position and rotational speed of the crankshaft and sends the information to the ECU to make appropriate adjustments based on operating conditions.
Symptoms include;
Poor Starting
Increased Fuel Consumption
Check Engine Light Comes On
Engine Misfires or Vibrates
Intermittent Stalling
Uneven Acceleration
Rough Idle and/or Vibrating Engine
