Pair of EP – AP V6 Lotus replacement Brake Disc Rotors.

Cast at the same UK foundry as used by AP Racing and other top specification brake disc manufacturers.

Although these are less expensive than AP or Alcon we offer the same warranty.

Same high specification grade of Steel used but ours are made from new casting moulds so the internal vanes line up perfectly.

Developed specifically to suit the V6 high power Lotus range with improved areas such as air gaps, curved vanes and wall thicknesses.

Curved Vane venting offers the optimum performance / cooling characteristics.

The disc face is grooved to reduce brake dust and gas build up which can reduce brake efficiency.

Grooves (left and right), helps to increase pad bite, reduces fade and delivers exceptional braking performance.

Grooves combat "out-gassing", where gas from the pad bonding agents can form a cushion between pad and disc, greatly reducing braking power.

Grooves continually help de-glaze the brake pads, improving efficiency and reducing disc scoring.

Grooves help dissipate water when driving in poor weather, as well as pump away dust and dirt.

They even out-wear across the brake pad faces, increasing the effective contact area and extending brake disc life

These modifications assist by keeping the overall weight down whilst improving heat dissipation and air flow through the disc rotor.

We also take them one stage further on the final heat treatment.

After heat treatment they are precision ground perfectly flat and dynamically balanced to ensure consistent brake performance and reliability.

We have used these discs in conjunction with several successful race teams and feel we offer the best package available.
