COMPLETE ENGINE & GEARBOX MOUNT KIT INCLUDES LIGHTWEIGHT MAIN ENGINE MOUNT, NEW GEARBOX MOUNT & LOWER ENGINE MOUNT.

This kit saves almost 2.5KG compared to the standard parts it replaces and also alleviates the pendulum effect the engine suffers from when tight cornering or acceleration.

The original mount and brackets are made from plated mild steel which corrodes badly and eventually will fail at its weakest point similar to the one in the picture.

The main original equipment mount is oil filled rubber which is also prone to leaking and can split if left too long.

The EP Tuning Lightweight Main Engine Mount has been specially designed to incorporate Polyurethane bushes made to a specific Shore hardness which increase stiffness required to stop the engine from rocking.

All the aluminium parts are hard anodised and then PTFE coated for corrosion resistance.

Our new lightweight lower mount uses a high quality Rubber Bush that is slightly stiffer than original so alleviates the excessive engine rocking movement created by the original bush, especially if it is old or worn.

Expertly TIG welded for strength and then black powder coated to resist corrosion.

The bolts and nylocs are 10.9 Grade High Tensile and Zinc coated.

THIS KIT WILL INCREASE RESONANCE AND VIBRATION AT LOW RPM.
