Upgraded VX220 / Opel Speedster Engine Mounts.

The Original Equipment mountings are hydraulic designed to give isolation from NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness).

They have vertical travel of approximately 15mm which is too much for a performance car.

They also have limited lateral snubbing which is important in performance cars to control engine movement laterally, fore aft and yawing.

The Vibra-Technics road / track mounts both have a higher radial stiffness, yet retain NVH isolation and reduce the movement to 7mm.

The replacement bush insert for the front engine mount is 2 times as stiff as the Original Equipment part and will reduce the amount of movement under hard acceleration and braking, resulting in a sharper gear change and a 'tighter' feel to the car.

The Front / Rear is the smaller round mount shown in the pictures.

Two of each option are required to replace all the mounts on your car.
