Do you still have the dreaded RED clutch hose?

Look under your bonnet in the pedal box / master cylinder area if there is a red plastic pipe you will need to change it at some time.

Unfortunately, this red clutch hose is made from plastic tubing and runs down the nearside sill section touching the heater return pipework; this causes it to expand (especially in hot weather).

If this coincides with stop / start traffic, complete loss of the clutch is experienced.

Ours is manufactured by Goodridge exclusively for us using a teflon lining with a stainless steel overbraid so it cannot expand.
