New Cosworth High Performance head gasket for the 2ZZ-GE engines.

1.20mm thick.

Made of stainless steel with the Cosworth Folded stopper layer, they provide a superior seal compared to standard multi-layer head gaskets.

Cosworth High Performance head gaskets are made of pre-coated stainless steel which ensures a better coating and a better retention of shape

Each gasket is designed with the following properties:
– Individually punched stainless steel layers for a consistent shape
– Pre-coated steel with a 0.25 micron layer of nitrile rubber, this ensures an evenly distributed coating.
– The die-cutting process ensures a smooth edge in contrast to gaskets cut with a laser

The Cosworth gaskets have a “Folded Stopper” layer as an extra clamping force around each cylinder, which ensures an even better seal.
