Screws in to the K Series sump and has an internal 1/8th NPT thread ideal for a thermostatic sender to an Oil Temperature gauge.
The Elise / Exige engine is prone to overheating especially on trackdays.
This simple product fitted to a temperature gauge enables you to keep an eye on the oil temperature and gives warning to stop if the oil reaches its maximum operating temperature (usually ~130°C).
This fits the following models:
- S1 K SERIES ELISE
- S2 K SERIES ELISE
- S1 EXIGE & MOTORSPORT
- LOTUS 340R
